For each client, the problem-solving process includes one or more of the following components of service delivery. Our approach is flexible, personal, and driven by results that are aligned with the values, beliefs, and expectations of our clients. Every client is assigned a dedicated case manager who is responsible for coordinating every aspect of service delivery, monitoring and reporting on progress, liaising with family members, schools, medical teams, and outside agencies, and ensuring that every member of the team is working consistently and efficiently toward common results.
