One team. One integrated model of practice.

Our practitioners offer a wide range of experience and expertise, but we do not organise our services as a menu of separate therapies. We build coordinated teams around each client, selecting people for their competence and experience of working within the Learning Strategies model.

Every team member completes several months of externally credentialed training before being qualified to deliver services, irrespective of the background they bring to Learning Strategies. Once part of the team, their development continues through ongoing professional development, mentoring, and close practical supervision, supporting them to broaden their practice from an initial focus on early intervention toward areas such as counselling, academic coaching, programme administration, family training, and case management.
