Developmental Needs
Centrally managed early intervention programmes for children, adolescents, and young adults affected by neurodevelopmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, and related developmental profiles. Intensive, coordinated, team-based services that actively include and integrate family members, teachers, and other stakeholders to become part of the solution through ongoing outreach, training, and support.
Learning and Academic Needs
Differentiated support for children affected by learning needs across academic subject areas, delivered through in-class one-to-one support and extracurricular academic coaching and tuition, closely coordinated with teachers and the school curriculum. Support focuses on building independence in learning while strengthening understanding, fluency, and foundational skills to maximise access to school learning opportunities.
Behavioural Needs
Systematic assessment and support for challenging behaviour, focused on understanding the purpose a behaviour is serving rather than simply trying to stop it. We develop alternative ways of communicating and coping, teach practical replacement skills, and provide crisis intervention when immediate support is needed.
Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
Support for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges relating to mood and emotional wellbeing, including high-risk concerns such as addiction, self-harm, and suicide. Our counselling is relationship-focused and integrated, drawing on different approaches to develop strategies adapted to each client’s needs, personality, values, and circumstances.
